Life changing!! The second I took my first class with Emma and Paige, it has been literally the only thing I look forward to 3x a week. Emma explains each move very clearly and demonstrates so you don't feel lost for even a second. They are both so welcoming and will be your biggest fans, making you push even harder through each set. Their music playlist's always have me dancing in between sets. If you want laughs, motivation, and the best workout of your life, book it!! Can't recommend enough.

She pushes you to do better but also let’s go you are your own pace. I never feel weird or awkward just encouraged and welcome. These workouts are so fun and energetic. And hard! Just when you’re thinking, “I can’t do this!” Emma says “you’ve got this!” And just when you think, “oh this is easy!” Emma throws something so hard at you that you end up in a puddle drenched in sweat. Love the energy Emma and Paige bring to the morning! I feel stronger and more positive all day. Great playlists, too!

Finally, a personal trainer who truly puts the client first. After a rough road in my adolescent years, I was determined to truly fix my relationship with fitness this year. I didn't want to focus on weight loss, but instead uncover the joy in just moving my body and finding workouts that I liked to do! Emma could not have been a more perfect person for the job. Not only does she cater to her clients needs, she has this inherent ability for curated workouts so that each session with her makes me feel like I'm learning something new about my body and what it is capable of. I’ve been working with Emma for years. Emma is the major reason I maintain my healthy lifestyle, she keeps me accountable and is always supportive. She is GREAT! She pays attention to specific problems or areas that I want to work on and creates routines designed to target those areas. But she also has an eye out for what I need in general. I’ve been having a hip problem recently and the programs she designs have been extremely helpful with the difficulty. She comes at it with sensitivity and with a knowledge of the body and of the exercises needed. There’s always that little bit extra with Emma, too. She has actually reminded me, by text, of doctors’ appointments - and that’s just one example of extra-curricular thoughtfulness. You know you’re not just another client, but you’re someone she thinks and cares about as an individual — and, she gives a great massage.
